Isaiah 17: Judgment on Damascus and Ephraim
Isaiah foretells the ruin of Damascus and the fading of Israel's northern kingdom, though a small remnant will survive like a few olives left on a tree. Because the people forgot God their Savior their harvests fail, and the raging nations that attack God's people vanish in a single night.
