Hosea 14: Israel Called to Return

Hosea urges Israel to come back to the LORD with words of confession, renouncing Assyria, horses, and idols. God promises to heal their unfaithfulness, love them freely, and make them flourish under His dew, and the book closes by urging the wise to see that the upright follow God's paths while rebels trip on them.
