Isaiah 47: The Fall of Proud Babylon
Babylon, pictured as a pampered royal daughter, is ordered down from her throne into disgrace. God had handed His people to her, but she treated them without mercy and boasted that she had no equal, so loss and ruin will strike her suddenly, all at once, and her sorcerers and stargazers cannot save her.
