Psalms 43: A Plea for Vindication and Guidance

The psalmist asks God to defend his cause against lying and unjust enemies and wonders why God seems to have rejected him. He prays for God's light and truth to lead him back to the altar and ends with the same call to hope in God that runs through Psalm 42.
