Psalms 130: A Cry for Mercy and Forgiveness

From deep distress the psalmist pleads for mercy, confessing that no one could survive if God tallied every sin, but that He forgives so people will revere Him. He waits for God more eagerly than night guards await dawn and calls Israel to trust the LORD, who will free His people from all their sins.
