Job 41: The LORD Describes Leviathan
The LORD continues His second speech by asking whether Job could catch or tame the fearsome Leviathan. Since no one dares to rouse this creature, no one can stand against God, who owes nothing to anyone and owns all things. The poem pictures Leviathan's armor, fiery breath and strength, which no weapon can overcome.
