Jeremiah 33: The Righteous Branch and Restoration

Still held in the guard's courtyard, Jeremiah hears God promise to heal Jerusalem, forgive its sins, and bring back joy, worship, and flocks to the ruined land. God pledges a righteous Branch from David's line and ties His covenants with David's line and the Levitical priests to the fixed pattern of day and night.
