Isaiah 21: Oracles on Babylon, Edom and Arabia

Isaiah sees Elam and Media sent against Babylon and is shaken by the vision; then a lookout hears that Babylon and its idols have fallen. A short word to Edom answers a watchman's question about the night, and Arabia's tribe of Kedar is given one year before its glory ends.
