Ezekiel 8: Idolatry in the Temple
In a vision, Ezekiel is carried from exile to the Jerusalem temple and shown worse and worse idolatry there. He sees an idol at the north gate, seventy elders burning incense to carved images in secret, women mourning for Tammuz, and men bowing to the sun, so God declares He will act in wrath.
