Job 21: Job Asks Why the Wicked Prosper
Job asks his friends simply to listen, then challenges their claim that the wicked are quickly punished. He points out that many evil people live long and see their families thrive, that death comes alike to the comfortable and the miserable, and that the wicked often get honored burials, so their comfort is empty.
