Psalms 10: A Plea Against the Arrogant Wicked

The psalmist asks why God seems distant while proud, greedy men prey on the helpless and assume God will never hold them to account. He calls on the LORD to act and ends confident that the eternal King hears the humble and defends orphans and the oppressed.
