In the year King Uzziah dies, Isaiah sees the Lord enthroned in the temple while seraphim proclaim His holiness. Confessing his sin, Isaiah is cleansed by a coal from the altar and volunteers to go, but is sent with a hardening message until the land is ruined and only a holy stump remains.
