Psalms 77: Remembering God's Wonders in Distress

Asaph describes a sleepless night of trouble in which he wonders whether God has rejected His people and forgotten His mercy. He then resolves to recall God's ancient deeds, above all the crossing of the sea, where God led His flock through Moses and Aaron.
