Psalms 30: Thanksgiving for Rescue From Death

David praises the LORD for healing him and bringing him back from the edge of death, and calls God's faithful people to join him, since God's anger is brief while His favor endures. He recalls his overconfidence in prosperity, his plea for mercy, and how God turned his grief into joy and lasting thanks.
